If in doubt, the French version prevails.

The French version is the reference. Commercial terms (price, duration, termination, hardware kit) are in the contract or offer signed with each customer.

1. Publisher

Live Assistant is published by TechSolve Ribeiro, sole proprietorship of Francisco Mael Dias Ribeiro, Route du Simplon 31, 3960 Sierre, Switzerland, UID CHE-434.824.745, contact@liveassistant.ch ("we").

2. The service

Live Assistant helps a seller during her live sales on Facebook:

  • it reads the comments on her Page's live videos;
  • it recognises the items she announces;
  • it proposes orders, which she confirms;
  • it prints parcel labels;
  • after her approval, it prepares and sends each customer one summary message through Messenger.

The service is for businesses ("the customer" or "you"). It is not intended for consumers.

3. Account and Facebook access

  • You log in with Facebook and choose the Page to connect. You must be an admin of that Page or have the required rights.
  • You remain solely responsible for your Page and its content, and you comply with Meta's terms (Facebook Terms, Commercial Terms, Messenger Platform policy).
  • You can remove access at any time in Facebook settings or in Live Assistant.

4. Your role: confirm

Artificial intelligence proposes orders. It can be wrong (wrong item, wrong size, wrong person). You check and confirm every order before a label is printed or a message is sent. Confirmed orders, prices and messages sent are your responsibility.

5. Personal data

  • For the data of people who comment on your lives, you are the controller and we act as your processor. A data processing agreement (art. 9 FADP / art. 28 GDPR) is part of the contract.
  • You tell your customers that their comments are used to record their orders, for example in the description of your lives or on your Page.
  • How we process data is described in the privacy policy.

6. Prohibited uses

You must not use Live Assistant to:

  • send advertising or unsolicited messages;
  • message people who have not commented;
  • sell products banned by law or by Meta's commerce policies;
  • try to access other customers' data or bypass the service's technical limits.

We may suspend access in case of abuse, after notifying you except in an emergency.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running during your lives. It depends on third-party services (Facebook, Messenger, speech-to-text, AI, network, Bluetooth). We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Meta may change or withdraw its features at any time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. We are not liable for lost sales, for order errors not corrected during confirmation, or for Meta's decisions (Page restrictions, withdrawn permissions).

9. Intellectual property

The Live Assistant software remains our property. You receive a right to use it for the duration of the contract. Your data (items, orders, message templates) remains yours; you can export it at any time.

10. End of contract

At the end of the contract you can export your data for 30 days. We then delete it as described on the Data deletion page.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. We notify you by e-mail at least 30 days before any significant change.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Sierre, Valais, Switzerland.
