What shops ask us
How does the AI understand “pareil” or “eu também”?
It links each comment to the last item you announced. When a comment does not name the item, the order gets the “To check” badge and you confirm it.
Do I need Shopify or an online shop?
No. You stream from your phone with the Facebook app, as usual. Live Assistant reads the comments of your Page.
Which printer do I need?
It comes in the kit: a small thermal label printer, already connected to the tablet. It prints 50 × 30 mm labels.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
