You use Live Assistant (seller)
- In Live Assistant, open Settings > Delete my account and confirm.
- Or, in Facebook: Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, select Live Assistant, then Remove.
- Or e-mail contact@liveassistant.ch from your account's address.
We delete your Facebook access tokens immediately. Within 30 days we delete your account, connected Pages, settings, and the comments and transcripts of your lives. Orders that the law requires you to keep for your accounting are sent to you as an export (CSV) before deletion.
You commented on a live
E-mail contact@liveassistant.ch with:
- the name of the Facebook Page that ran the live;
- your Facebook name;
- the date of the live, if you know it.
We delete your comments, your name and your order data within 30 days and inform the seller. A paid order may have to stay in the seller's accounting records; if so, we tell you.
We confirm the deletion by e-mail with a request number.
